Wellness doesn’t begin with changing your body. It begins with changing your relationship with it.
Choosing your pathway
Each pathway carries the full Body Relationship® Method. What changes is how much guidance you want, and how much capacity you have for it right now.

Body Relationship® Coaching
Direct guidance through the Method
Body Relationship® Coaching is direct work with Ivy, moving through the four movements of the Method with guidance shaped around your body, your history, and your capacity. The work is ongoing, so it can deepen as your life and your body change.
Individual Coaching
Private sessions where the work stays focused entirely on you, at a pace your capacity can hold.
Group Coaching
Guided work alongside others moving through the Method, offered when enrollment is open.
How it begins
Every coaching relationship begins with a Body Relationship® Clarity Session: 80 minutes to look honestly at where you are and name the support that fits. If ongoing coaching is the right next step, you’ll leave knowing that.
In a client’s words
“I have learned to connect, rather than control my body. I have been able to release an enormous amount of shame and obsession and replace those feelings with peace, intuition, and pride.”
L.S., Body Relationship® Coaching Client

Every pathway here is weight-neutral. Diet, fitness, and weight-loss plans are never part of the work, and body change is never the goal. The work is educational and non-clinical, designed to sit alongside any medical or mental health care you receive. And throughout, you choose what to take in, what to adapt, and what to set down.
You’re allowed to take this at your own pace.
There’s no urgency here. Whether you’re drawn to a Clarity Session, the Circle, or a Method Guide, you’re welcome to choose what feels most aligned with where you are right now.
