What Can I Expect?
The breakthrough session consists of thought-provoking questions that will allow you to share your body challenges. As you share, I will listen and intuitively tune into your body relationship to provide tools and recommendations to help direct you on your path to body peace.
What is the Process?
The breakthrough session is an 80-minute private video call appointment. We will engage in conversational dialogue focused on your body relationship. You will walk away with personalized coaching tools based on the challenges identified in the session. A written summary with a suggested action plan will be emailed to you, following the session, as an additional resource.
